Requirement

To identify a location for the client to set up a 100% wholly owned subsidiary in Dubai. As per Dubai Laws 51% ownership in any LLC should be held by the Local Emirati as Partner.

We conducted a detailed analysis of the requirements of the client and also of the suggested location.
